Adam spent seven years in steel trading before spending 16  years at Zenith Media London while it grew from a UK-only, buying-only operation  to a global media services brand.

He joined GroupM in 2006 to create the forecast series This Year Next Year which covers global  media investment and diversified marketing services.

This Year Next Year won its category in WPP's internal ‘Atticus’ awards in June 2007. Interaction (an annual view on digital  ad strategy) won the Atticus Grand Prix in 2008.

Adam has a law degree from Oxford,  an MBA from Kingston  and a CIM diploma in marketing.
